Step 1 of 2

Start your eviction response

Takes about 30 seconds. Nothing to pay on this page.

Many tenants get 60 to 90 more days in their home, and some stop the eviction completely. Eviction help software for tenants, based in Franklin, Tennessee.

  • For tenants only

We help renters respond to an eviction. We don't work for landlords.

  • Made for your state

Papers and steps for your state, not a one-size-fits-all template.

  • Ask before you decide

Call (629) 289-9571 with your questions first. Based in Franklin, Tennessee.

How it works

You stay in charge the whole way. The software does the paperwork with you, and you decide what to file.

  1. Tell us where you are

Your state, and what you've received: a notice from your landlord, court papers, or a court date.

  2. Get your documents

The software asks you plain questions and fills out the response documents for your state and your situation. You review them before you file anything.

  3. File them and follow your checklist

You'll see where to file, your deadlines, and what to bring to court, step by step.

Everything you need to respond on your own

One price covers all of it for 90 days.

  • Your response documents, filled out from your answers, ready to print and file.
  • Your state's process in plain English. Where you are, what comes next, and how long that step usually takes where you live.
  • Your deadlines and to-dos in one checklist, so it's all in one place.
  • Hardship stay and appeal papers if the court has already ruled against you, with your state's steps.
  • Help finding rent and utility assistance near you, in case catching up on rent is an option.
  • 90 days of access, so you can come back as your case moves forward.
  • Help using the software from our team when you get stuck.

How much time can responding give you?

Many tenants who use our software get 60 to 90 more days in their home, and some get even more. In some cases the eviction is stopped completely. Every case is different, and the sooner you start, the more options you have.

Nobody can honestly promise you an exact number of days. What's true everywhere is that responding on time matters. If you don't respond to court papers by the deadline, the court can rule against you without hearing your side.

Any extra time is yours to use however you need it: to catch up on what you owe, to apply for rent assistance, or to find your next place on your own schedule.

Questions tenants ask us

Something else on your mind? Call (629) 289-9571.

Is this a lawyer?

No. We're a software company, not a law firm, and we can't give legal advice or go to court for you. The software helps you prepare your own response documents and understand your state's process, so you can represent yourself.

If you want a lawyer, you can still hire one or apply for free legal aid at any time.

Will this stop my eviction?

In some cases, yes. Filing a proper response on time makes sure the court hears your side, and sometimes that ends the case.

Even when it doesn't stop it, many tenants get 60 to 90 more days in their home. Every case is different, and it depends on your facts, your court, and your state's laws.

How much does it cost?

$395, one time, for 90 days of access. There's no monthly subscription, and nothing is charged on this page.

What if I can't afford it?

Tell us when we talk. We don't want to leave anyone without help, and we'll go over what's possible for you. We can also help you look for local rent and utility assistance programs, which sometimes cover what you owe.

Is this legit? Who are you?

Landlord Tenant Pro is a service of Yoshi Group LLC, based in Franklin, Tennessee. You can call us at (629) 289-9571 before you pay anything.

Your information is only used to help you with your eviction, and we never share it with your landlord.

Why is it called Landlord Tenant Pro if it's for tenants?

It's the name of our company. Everything on this page, and the software itself, is for tenants. We don't represent landlords, and nothing you tell us goes to your landlord.

What if I already have a court date?

You can still respond, and this is when acting quickly matters most. Put your court date in the form so we can see your timeline. We'll help you see what steps are still open to you before your hearing.

What if the court already ruled against me?

Depending on your state, you may still be able to ask the court for a hardship stay (more time before you have to move out) or appeal the ruling. The time to do this can be very short, so start as soon as you can. The software explains the options your state gives tenants after a ruling and fills out your stay request or appeal papers with you. Results vary and aren't guaranteed.

What if I got papers from the sheriff, or a move-out date?

Please still fill out the form. Our software usually can't help once a lockout is only days away, but we'll check where things stand with you first and point you to people who may be able to act fast, like your local legal aid office (find yours at LawHelp.org) and 211.

Should I try free legal aid first?

If you qualify and they can take your case before your deadline, a free lawyer is a great option. Legal aid offices often have income limits and long waits, so not everyone gets a lawyer in time. You can find your local office at LawHelp.org.

You can apply for legal aid and still use our software, so you don't miss your deadline while you wait.

Does it work in my state?

Yes. The software works in every state. Karen can walk you through how it works in yours before you pay anything.
