These Terms apply when you use the websites, forms, phone and text lines, and self-help software offered by Yoshi Group LLC, doing business as Landlord Tenant Pro ("we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these Terms.

What we are, and what we are not

Documents are prepared from the answers you give. You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers, for reviewing your documents, and for deciding whether, when and where to file them. Court rules and deadlines vary, and you are responsible for meeting them.

No guaranteed results

Results depend on your facts, your court and your state's laws. We do not promise any outcome, any amount of time, or that an eviction will be stopped or delayed. If you want legal advice, your local legal aid office or your state bar's lawyer referral service can help you find a lawyer.

Text message program

If you agree to receive texts from Landlord Tenant Pro, we will text you about your eviction help request and our self-help software, including automated messages.

• Reply STOP to cancel at any time. We will send one message confirming you are opted out.

• Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Purchases and refunds

Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. Questions about a charge or a refund can be texted to (615) 823-8750, and a person from our team will reply.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our services, submit false information about another person, or try to interfere with our systems.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, except where the law of your state requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
